Mr Rental South West, located in Bunbury, has just achieved the top Mr Rental franchise team title, the Community Involvement Award, which was awarded at the Mr Rental Annual Franchise Conference in Melbourne over the weekend.
Franchisees Mick & Bronwyn Caddy, along with their team were triumphant among over 47 Mr Rental stores throughout Australia.
Mr Caddy was also officially inducted into the Mr Rental V Team at the Gala Awards Dinner. V represents the network’s Vision, Values and their Victory. The V Team is an elite group within the Mr Rental network of business professionals who are aligned with the franchisor, maintain high Business Development Reviews and consistently meet their store’s key performance indicators.
Franchisees who are part of the V Team always live above the line in their professional dealings and attitude; that is with ownership, accountability and responsibility. Living above the line and following the organisation’s 12 points of culture are an intrinsic part of the network’s values systems.
Mr & Mrs Caddy opened Mr Rental South West in 2006, building a team of five employees. The store was also recently awarded first place in the Franchise Council Association 2009 Awards Single Franchisee category.
Mr Rental General Manager, Alan Payne, congratulated Mick & Bronwyn Caddy and the South West team on the prestigious award.
“Mr Payne also commended Mr & Mrs Caddy’s social responsibility and involvement in the local community, which ranges from his service as a Justice of the Peace, to donations and involvement with the Leukemia Foundation, Bunbury Young Voices, Make A Wish Foundation, Rotary, Asbestos Diseases Society, and the local Catholic School and Church," he said.
Mr Caddy said that a commitment to supporting the local community has always been a high priority for him and his team.
